1. Booking & Payment

    • Advance payment (minimum 25–50%) is required to confirm the booking.

    • Balance amount must be settled before or at the start of the journey.

  2. Kilometers & Hours

    • Minimum running of 250 km per day will be charged for outstation tours.

    • Kilometers and hours will be calculated from garage to garage (pickup point to return).

  3. Driver Allowance

    • Driver allowance of ₹500–₹700 per day (depending on route) is applicable.

    • Night charges may apply if travel extends beyond 10:00 PM.

  4. Taxes & Permits

    • Toll tax, parking charges, state permits, and entry fees are to be paid by the customer.

    • Any interstate tax or special route permits (hill stations, restricted areas, etc.) are extra.

  5. Cancellation Policy

    • 10% deduction if cancelled 7 days before journey.

    • 25% deduction if cancelled 3–6 days before journey.

    • 50% deduction if cancelled within 48 hours of journey.

    • No refund for last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours).

  6. Vehicle Usage

    • The vehicle is not permitted for off-road use or restricted zones.

    • Smoking, drinking, or carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

  7. Responsibility

    • The company is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or natural calamities.

    • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.

  8. Disputes

    • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the booking city’s court.
